Biography:
I gained 5 years real estate salesperson experience when I entered the industry in 1983, practicing initially for Weisenberger Realty of Ladysmith, Wisconsin, located in Rusk County. This was at a time when mortgage interest rates were as high as 14% for 30 year fixed rate. I continued in real estate sales and moved back to my high school home town of Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1985 and transfered my license to Bob Duckett Realty, continuing in sales until 1987.
Subsequent to real estate sales I have accumulated 17 years of mortgage lending experience. Initially entering the profession in 1987 as a mortgage loan officer, I specialized in new construction and FHA insured mortgage lending. In 1989 I joined Ameristar Mortgage Corporation as an independent Branch Manager, operating out of our Brookfield, Wisconsin location, expanding to Watertown, Wisconsin and Bonita Springs, Florida.
Philosophy:
I combine my experience and energy to deliver solid customer value through efficient, low hassle, professional service. I believe in being closely involved in your transaction from start to finish. I will not transfer the responsibility of your transaction to a processor. As your primary contact, you will experience a high level of confidence in Ameristar's commitment to your satisfaction.

Philosophy:
Hello. I bring 25 years of business experience to Ameristar, 13 of which have been in the Real Estate industry covering San Diego, California, Chicago, Illinois, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Bonita Springs, Florida. These four very different markets provided me with a wide variety of challenges and opportunities.
I have six years of experience in managing Sales Professionals in the Telecommunications field, which was enlightening with its ever-changing technology.
Being with Ameristar since 2001, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping solve the daily concerns and obstacles we all deal with in the real estate industry. I’d like to assist you with your mortgage needs.
